Tinnitus — pitch match
Slide until the tone matches the pitch of your ringing. Keep the volume low.
Which is closest to your ringing?
If ringing is new, one-sided, or comes with hearing loss, see an audiologist.

All Night — sleep + timed wake 🔒 PRO
⚠️ Runs in this browser tab: keep the tab open and your device awake and
plugged in — a device that sleeps stops both the audio and the timed wake.
This is not an alarm clock and cannot promise to wake you; set a backup alarm.
Output
Shift the mix toward one ear — useful for hearing asymmetry. Center is neutral.
For relaxation, focus and meditation support only. Not a medical device and not a treatment for any
condition. Do not use while driving or operating machinery. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder,
are pregnant, or wear a pacemaker, consult a doctor before use.

Science & Sources
Tinnitus and notched sound
Tinnitus is a sound the brain generates, usually at one pitch. Notched sound therapy plays broadband noise with your pitch carved out; in small trials, listening for an hour a day over months reduced how loud the ringing felt for some people, most clearly for tonal tinnitus below 8 kHz. Masking noise covers the ringing while it plays, and can leave a short quiet afterwards (residual inhibition). The evidence is promising and modest: a Cochrane review found low-quality evidence overall. Many people find relief; nobody should expect a cure.
